Cancellation policy
Cancellation Policy – Jannat Resort & Spa Manali
A 50% advance payment of the total booking amount is required to confirm the reservation.
Cancellations made 5 days before the scheduled arrival date will incur a cancellation charge of 50% of the total booking amount.
Cancellations made within 3 days of the scheduled arrival date will incur a cancellation charge of 100% of the total booking amount.
No refund will be applicable in case of cancellation within 3 days of arrival.
The remaining booking amount must be settled directly at the resort before departure.
Guests are requested to inform the resort management as early as possible in case of any cancellation or booking modification.
