This 6 nights / 7 days plan follows the route Leh (3N) → Nubra (1N) → Pangong camp (1N) → Leh (1N). Best time to go
May to September. Take one full rest day in Leh first — Leh is at about 3,500 m and the body needs time to adjust.

Day 1 Arrival in Leh — rest
Airport pickup and full rest to acclimatise.

Pathar Sahib, Magnetic Hill, the Indus–Zanskar confluence and Hall of Fame.

Day 3 Leh monasteries
Shey palace, Thiksey, Hemis and Shanti Stupa at sunset.

Day 4 Leh to Nubra
Khardung La, Diskit monastery and the Hunder dunes.

Day 5 Nubra to Pangong via Shyok
Follow the Shyok river route (when open) to Pangong lake. Evening by the water.

Day 6 Pangong to Leh
Sunrise at the lake, return over Chang La.

Airport drop.
